MRAD.creator is an influencer marketing and talent management agency that helps brands and founders grow through Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Talent Management, and LinkedIn Personal Branding.
We're looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Co-Founder who wants to build a business from the ground up. If you're excited about sales, networking, and growing an agency, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients.
- Build strong relationships with brands, founders, startups, and agencies.
- Pitch MRAD.creator's services, including Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, and LinkedIn Personal Branding.
- Close sales and negotiate brand partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate on business planning and company growth.
- Represent MRAD.creator in meetings, networking events, and client presentations.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Influencer Marketing, Agency Sales, or Marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building a startup.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Comfortable pitching services and closing deals.
- Own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection.
- Willing to work in a startup environment with shared responsibilities.
