Tutorac is building a platform focused on outcome-driven learning, expert-led training, and institutional/corporate upskilling partnerships. Our goal is to bridge the gap between industry-required skills and practical learning through a scalable training marketplace and delivery ecosystem.
We are looking for a founder-level business leader who can take ownership of growth, sales, partnerships, and investor-facing momentum, and help build Tutorac into a high-impact, scalable business.
Role Overview
This is not a conventional job. This is a founding leadership role for someone who wants to build a company from the ground up.
As Co-Founder – Growth, Sales & Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, scaling market presence, shaping GTM strategy, and playing an active role in fundraising discussions and business expansion.
You should be someone who is execution-driven, highly entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of turning early-stage opportunities into repeatable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive Tutorac’s growth strategy, sales pipeline, and market expansion
- Build and close partnerships with colleges, universities, training institutions, corporates, and channel partners
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for learner acquisition, tutor growth, and B2B opportunities
- Create a scalable sales and partnership engine for long-term revenue growth
- Identify and build strategic alliances that strengthen Tutorac’s market position
- Work closely with the founder to refine business model, pricing, positioning, and expansion roadmap
- Lead investor-facing preparation including business narrative, traction storytelling, and fundraising conversations
- Build relationships with startup ecosystem stakeholders including mentors, incubators, strategic partners, and potential investors
- Help define growth metrics, revenue targets, partnership KPIs, and business priorities
- Represent Tutorac in external meetings, startup events, partner discussions, and strategic business forums
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in sales, business development, partnerships, growth, GTM, or startup leadership
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to work in a 0-to-1 startup environment
- Strong ability to open doors, build relationships, and close strategic opportunities
- Experience in edtech, marketplace businesses, SaaS, training, HRtech, skilling, or B2B growth is a strong plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business presentation skills
- Ability to independently drive initiatives with high ownership and accountability
- Understanding of startup fundraising, investor communication, and business scaling is preferred
- IIT / IIM / top-tier startup/operator background is a plus, but execution and founder fit matter more than pedigree
