Role Description
This is a full-time, Remote Co-Founder role located in Nagpur. The Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in driving the vision and strategic direction of the company, working collaboratively to develop and implement business strategies. Core responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, directing sales and marketing initiatives, conducting research to improve the product, and establishing partnerships to accelerate growth. The Co-Founder will also contribute to analyzing data, making business decisions, and driving overall performance and target achievement.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, improve decision-making, and optimize business strategies
- Exceptional Communication skills to articulate ideas, collaborate effectively, and build strong professional relationships
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive customer acquisition, brand development, and revenue growth
- Proficiency in conducting Research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Previous experience in startups or leading a business initiative is highly desirable
- Relevant bachelor’s degree; postgraduate in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
