Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder at Echelon Institute of Technology, based in Faridabad. The Co-Founder will work closely with stakeholders to strategize and implement key initiatives to drive institutional growth. Responsibilities include shaping the vision and mission of the institute, designing innovative educational strategies, fostering partnerships, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality academic standards, and representing the institution in the higher education community. A key aspect of this role is to inspire innovation while ensuring alignment with institutional goals and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strategic leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
- Knowledge in institutional planning, academic program design, and quality assurance frameworks
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of trends and best practices in higher education and industry alignment
- Experience in building and maintaining industry partnerships and collaborations
- Proficiency in innovation-driven education and facilitating a results-oriented culture
- Master’s degree or higher in education administration, technology, management, or a similar field, with proven leadership experience
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and ethical leadership in education
