Co-Founder Opportunity: Build the Future of Geospatial & GeoAI (With Investment)
Harita Hive is looking for a mission-driven Co-Founder to join our leadership team. We aren’t looking for a passive investor, we are looking for a partner to invest capital and play an active, hands-on role in scaling our Geospatial Education, Consulting, and Research ecosystem.
About Harita HiveHarita Hive bridges the gap between academic theory and industry reality. We build job-ready GIS, GeoAI, and spatial data professionals through intensive, project-driven programs (like Geospatial Technology Unlocked) and deliver high-impact geospatial solutions.
Our Traction:
- Education: 90+ students trained organically and growing.
- Consultancy: Successfully secured ₹2.5 Crore in geospatial projects from Saudi Arabia.
- Synergy: We act as the talent pipeline and execution layer for MapTrix AI, our GeoAI-driven risk-intelligence platform.
The Co-Founder RoleThis is a capital-backed, operational leadership position. You will be instrumental in turning Harita Hive into a global GeoAI powerhouse.
Your Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Lead marketing and sales strategies to scale our education and consulting verticals.
- Partnerships: Forge strategic tie-ups with universities, NGOs, and enterprise clients.
- Strategy: Identify market opportunities and lead data-driven decision-making.
- Operations: Oversee the expansion of our 40-seat Hyderabad hub and our remote operations.
- Vision: Actively participate in shaping the long-term roadmap for Harita Hive and MapTrix AI.
Investment & Equity- Minimum Investment: ₹25 Lakh (Cash investment for growth capital).
- Equity: Mid-single to low-double-digit equity range (to be finalized based on investment size and role depth).
- Rights: Co-Founder status, board-level influence, and active profit-sharing/equity upside.
