Additional information about the program: Our trainee program starts in September 2025 and lasts approximately 1 year. Training begins onsite at our Office in Mainz. Afterward, you will spend most of the time at your location in Munich. Successful completion of the program leads to the next career level (Consultant). You will participate in client projects and conduct a case study. Training in SAP Ariba includes an official certification. You will develop your consultancy skills and gain insight into the SAP product portfolio. Training includes fundamentals of project management and process modeling. Initial training in ABAP programming equips you with essential technical skills. We encourage knowledge-building in cutting-edge technologies like S/4HANA. Your experience: A degree in business, (business) informatics, or a related field. Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage. Experience with SAP as a user or a strong interest and motivation to learn. Solid understanding of business processes and an interest in areas such as sustainability. High level of self-initiative, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to take responsibility for complex tasks. Willingness to travel for client meetings on-site. Fluent in German and English.
