) Minimum 10 years and maximum 12 years
2) To generate new leads & execute the sales strategy as communicated by Area Manager to achieve the sales volume /no. of the assigned territory.
3) Understanding about the local market & customer preferences.
4) Create & develop better customer satisfaction.
5) Collect market share related information from RTO and share with supervisor; Identify and visit competition dominated pockets.
6) Seek feedback from own customers and competitions customers; Visit competition's dealerships to understand market trends, sales and promotional activities.
7) Share relevant information with service, sales and product marketing in order to gather timely and adequate intelligence.
8) Participate in demonstrations, customer meets, service campaigns organized by the MDM team; Generate inquiries and monitor closure of sales by dealer salesman.
9) Conduct technical days and share knowledge on new products, product changes, etc. with the salesmen and service mangers at the dealerships including the new staff at the dealerships. 9)Highlight the differences on the product from the competition.
10) Provide inputs on understanding the area, calculate the industry / market size .
11) Generate ideas on ways to enhance sales in order to enhance manpower productivity and achieve target volume
