Meenaar Global Consultants LLP is seeking an experienced CNG Engineer to support the construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of CNG stations at RSS Mandideep.
This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in CNG station construction and project execution, with strong knowledge of CNG systems, equipment installation, safety standards, and coordination with contractors and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor the construction and installation of CNG stations as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor installation of CNG station equipment including CNG dispensers, compressors, cascades, priority panels, gas piping, valves, and associated systems.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved engineering drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and other project stakeholders for smooth execution of CNG station works.
• Monitor civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation activities related to CNG station construction.
• Supervise pressure testing, leak testing, flushing, commissioning, and pre-commissioning activities.
• Review and monitor site progress, identify construction issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, checklists, and other project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable PNGRB, PESO, OISD, and other relevant safety and statutory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper implementation of HSE and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with the project team for material requirements, site measurements, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Qualifications & Experience
• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience for BE/B.Tech candidates in CNG station construction and project execution.
• 4+ years of relevant experience for Diploma candidates in CNG station construction and project execution.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience in construction of CNG stations.
• Experience in CGD / CNG / Oil & Gas / EPC projects will be preferred.
