Role summary:-
Responsible for making CAM program of mechanical components using NX CAM software and generating CNC toolpaths and programs to manufacture parts efficiently and accurately
Key responsibilities
1. Develop CNC machining programs using Siemens NX CAM
2. Create and optimize toolpaths for efficient machining.
3. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
4. Select appropriate tools and machining strategies.
5.Monitor machining processes and optimize cycle time.
6.Collaborate with engineers and machinists for high-quality output
7.Support engineering change management activities.
Required Skills
1. Strong experience in NX CAM programming.
2. Good understanding of CAD and engineering drawings.
3.Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
4.Ability to analyze and optimize machining processes.
5.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6.Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering or equivalent
7. Familiarity with Machining & Fabrication processes.
CAD Requirements:
Essential:- NX CAM Software (Preferably NX CAM + SolidWorks)
Optional :- AUTOCAD / DRAFTSIGHT

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida for a CNC/VMC Programmer / CAM Programmer at Digital Surveillance Inc. In this role, the professional will be responsible for programming CNC and VMC machines, interpreting technical drawings, machining, and milling. The individual will collaborate with the engineering team to ensure precision and quality in production processes, while maintaining efficiency and optimizing manufacturing workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CNC Programming, including understanding of G-code and M-code
- Experience with Machining and Milling processes
- Ability to read and interpret Technical Drawings and CAD blueprints
- Strong background in Programming, particularly in relation to Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM)
- Familiarity with material properties and machining techniques
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot CNC/VMC machines effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant experience in robotic or automation manufacturing is a bonus
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field
