Role Description
This full-time role as a CNC Turning Operator is based on-site in our facility located in Tiruvallur. Key responsibilities include operating and setting up CNC turning machines, ensuring production aligns with design specifications, and monitoring machine performance. The role also involves conducting inspection and quality control, troubleshooting machinery issues, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Successful candidates will work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines efficiently and uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machinery management
- Experience with Machining and Milling techniques
- Strong knowledge and practice in Quality Control processes and standards
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in CNC turning or a related role is highly desirable
- Technical or vocational training in machining or a related field is a plus
