Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
🔹 Role Overview
We are expanding our Production Team and are looking for skilled and disciplined Machine Operators with experience in:
- Sheet Metal Laser Cutting & Press Brake
- CNC Lathe (Turning)
- 3-Axis VMC Operations
Selected candidates will operate advanced manufacturing equipment under the guidance of the Production Lead, ensuring precision, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Machine Operations
- Operate Laser Cutting, Press Brake, CNC Lathe (Siemens), and VMC Machines (Mitsubishi/Fanuc).
- Perform material setup and enter machine codes as per production instructions.
- Ensure safe and efficient machine handling.
Technical Interpretation
- Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD models.
- Understand tolerances, bend deductions, surface finish requirements, fits, and orientations.
- No CAD modeling required — strong drawing interpretation skills are essential.
Process & Documentation
- Maintain accurate job cards and production records.
- Coordinate closely with Production Lead and Quality team for inspection and workflow tracking.
Quality & Process Control
- Demonstrate strong machining/fabrication process knowledge.
- Maintain a “Safety First” and “Quality First” approach.
- Escalate technical doubts immediately to involve Engineering support when needed.
🔹 Required Technical Skills
- 1–3 years hands-on experience in:
- Sheet Metal Laser & Press Brake OR
- CNC Lathe Turning (Siemens preferred) OR
- 3-Axis VMC (Mitsubishi/Fanuc preferred)
- Strong understanding of machining and fabrication processes.
- Controller knowledge is preferred; willingness to learn is mandatory.
