Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Programmer & Operator, based in Faridabad. The primary responsibilities include creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs for machining tasks, reading and interpreting technical drawings, and operating CNC machines for high-precision component manufacturing. The role will encompass tooling setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring processes align with quality standards and production timelines. The CNC Programmer & Operator will collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to meet customer requirements efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming knowledge for precision machining operations
- Practical expertise in Machining and Milling processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to read and interpret complex Technical Drawings for part production
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with operating CNC machines and ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- A committed, proactive approach to working on-site at our Faridabad location
- Experience of 2-5 years in CNC machine operation and programming preferred
- Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools used in CNC programming
