📍 Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set and operate CNC Turning / CNC Lathe machines
- Read 2D drawings, tolerances and specifications
- Prepare, edit and prove-out G-code / M-code programs
- Handle tool selection, tool setting, work offsets and job setting
- Perform in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer & measuring instruments
- Monitor tool wear, offsets, quality and productivity
- Troubleshoot basic machining and tooling issues
- Maintain 5S, safety and machine discipline
- Coordinate with Design, Production & Quality teams
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in CNC programming, setting & operation
- Good knowledge of G-code, M-code, tooling, speeds & feeds
- Experience in Tool Room / Jigs & Fixtures / SPM / Automation is preferred
- Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls is an advantage
