- Cutting tool list + NC Setup sheet (for each stage, including part clamping, tool offset, cutting tools, and cutting parameter details).
- CATIA CAM Process file for component machining.
- NC Codes – Optional (if Vericut is not available)
- Vericut verification files (Version 9.4.2)- Optional
- CGR files
Engineering Documentation:
- Stage drawings as per MASPL drawing template in CATIA drawing (Stagewise OP sketch preparation with detailed dimensions to be achieved at each stage).
- Final drawing with assembly, masking, bonding, and Part marking requirements
