Role Description This full-time, on-site CNC Operator role is based in Rajkot. The CNC Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce components according to technical drawings and specifications. Daily responsibilities include preparing materials, loading and adjusting tools, running production cycles, and performing basic machine maintenance. The role also involves inspecting finished parts, recording production data, and collaborating with supervisors and quality personnel to resolve machining issues. The CNC Operator is expected to follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and support consistent, high-quality output.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills, including setup, calibration, and safe handling of CNC equipment.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control abilities, such as measuring components, interpreting tolerances, and documenting inspection results.
- Candidates should possess Machining and Milling skills, with experience reading technical drawings and working with various metals or materials.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Machinery, including routine maintenance, troubleshooting minor issues, and reporting equipment concerns.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in CNC machining, mechanical engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with understanding of safety standards and shop practices, is preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts, follow instructions accurately, and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Basic mathematical and measurement skills, attention to detail, and reliability in meeting production targets.
