Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site CNC Operator role located in Vasai Virar. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision components. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings, ensuring the highest quality standards through quality control checks, performing machining and milling tasks, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient performance. Collaboration with the team and adherence to safety protocols are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining with strong attention to detail
- Experience in Milling and working with advanced Machinery
- Understanding and application of Quality Control practices to ensure precision
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Problem-solving skills and an ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience with CNC turning and a diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or a related field is a plus
