Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Operator at our Pune location. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce automotive components to precise specifications. Key responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, conducting machine adjustments, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and performing routine maintenance on equipment to maintain optimal functionality. The role also requires maintaining a safe and organized work environment while meeting production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of machine adjustments, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Experience with quality control and precision measurement tools
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards
• Relevant certification in CNC machining or related technical training
• Prior experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
