Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manesar for a CNC, multi-boring operator. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC and multi-boring machines to produce furniture components according to technical drawings and specifications. The operator will conduct routine checks, adjust machine parameters, and ensure accurate measurements and finishes. Daily tasks include inspecting output for quality, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and following safety protocols and production schedules. The role also includes collaborating with supervisors and other production team members to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling.
- Candidates should possess solid Machining and Milling skills.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Quality Control for manufactured components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.).
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and safe machine practices.
- Prior experience in furniture or wood-based manufacturing is preferred.
- Basic educational qualification in a technical or vocational field related to machining or manufacturing is beneficial.
- Capability to work on-site in Manesar and stand for extended periods as required by production operations.
