Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Machine Operator role based in Italy. The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce high-precision components according to technical drawings and process specifications. Daily tasks include preparing tools and fixtures, loading materials, adjusting machine parameters, and performing basic preventive maintenance. The role involves inspecting finished parts, documenting measurements, and collaborating with supervisors and engineers to resolve machining issues and maintain production schedules. The CNC Machine Operator will also follow safety guidelines, maintain a clean work area, and support continuous improvement of machining processes and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Machining to handle CNC equipment safely and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Milling and Machinery to work with different machine types and tooling configurations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to inspect parts, interpret tolerances, and record accurate measurements.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CNC programs, and technical documentation.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance, shop safety practices, and use of measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Prior experience as a CNC operator or machinist in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Relevant vocational training, ITI, diploma in mechanical/production engineering, or equivalent qualification is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented production setting.
