Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Bengaluru, for a CNC Lathe Programmer. The CNC Lathe Programmer will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical drawings, programming CNC lathe machines, and overseeing the machining of precision components. Daily tasks include operating machinery, ensuring quality parameters are upheld, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the engineering and production team to enhance efficiency and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining
• Experience with Milling and CNC Turning processes
• Knowledge of Quality Control practices to ensure high-precision manufacturing
• Familiarity with working in a machinery-driven environment
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret technical drawings
• Relevant certification in CNC machining or a related technical field is an advantage
• Previous experience in manufacturing or aerospace/automation industries is desirable.
