Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Lathe Operator based in Aurangabad. The CNC Lathe Operator will be responsible for operating CNC lathe machines with precision to produce high-quality components. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machinery, interpreting blueprints, conducting inspections for quality control, and ensuring adherence to machining specifications and safety standards. Collaborating with the production team to optimize operations and maintain machinery will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and handling of CNC lathe systems
- Familiarity with Machining and Milling processes
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control to assess components and ensure precision
- Understanding of Machinery mechanics and maintenance
- Ability to interpret technical blueprints and specifications
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards
- Prior experience in a related role or manufacturing environment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
