Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Lathe Machinist based in Bengaluru. The CNC Lathe Machinist will be responsible for operating CNC lathe machines, performing machining tasks, milling, and upholding high standards of quality control. Additionally, the role includes conducting machine maintenance and troubleshooting, monitoring quality production outputs, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Hands-On Experience with Operating CNC Lathe Machines
• Strong Skills in Machining and Milling
• Knowledge of Quality Control Methods and Practices
• Understanding of Machinery Maintenance, Setup, and Troubleshooting
• Experience working in precision manufacturing and familiarity with ISO-9001-2015 standards
• Attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to follow engineering drawings and specifications
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or a related discipline is required
• Prior experience in the Aerospace or Automation manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
