Positions : 03 | Experience : 5+ years (US Shift and UK Shift ) Responsibilities: Experience in Consultative pitch while implementing Strategic Account Management Drive Change Management across various levels within the customer and even with own team Hands-on 5+ year of in-depth experience in implementing various IT technology Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow-through on issues. Foresees potential challenges and comes prepared with solutions to solve a variety of problems Understanding the Business needs, translating IT scope format Give recommendations based on the clients needs and propose a cost-effective solution Excellent Logical and Listening ability Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Understand client's requirements, grasp and present the vision, technical solutions, and value propositions. Prospect clients using online portals and cold calling Generating new clients through cold calling/email marketing / online portals. Interact with clients for their technical requirements. Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills. Manage & coordinate with the client from project estimation to delivery. Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies. Independent and driven to be successful. Basics knowledge of Javascript, HTML/CSS/PHP/MYSQL/ Drupal/ PHP IT background is compulsory
