Job Purpose:
Position: Associate – Vault CS Process
This Role is responsible –
To perform the cash loading activity in ATM Cassettes
To refill ATM cassette and against indent (as per denomination) in required time.
To ensure right denomination and exact amount which is given in Indent is loaded.
For evacuation of cash from inward cassette received in vault and accountable the same.
For tallying inward cash on daily basis and recycling to Bank.
For sorting and segregating cash as per denomination.
To report to supervisor if there is any damage in cassette seal / box or any shortage found.
To receive cash from collection team, verify, tally, and provide receipt.
For accounting & distributing the bulk withdraw cash from currency chest against indent to routes.
For bundling the cash, finding fake notes and segregating soil notes.
To ensure all applicable registers are maintained as per inward and outward activities.
To ensure the tallying of cash handled on daily basis at the end of the day
To record all the transactions handled & reports are maintained properly
To ensure NIL deviation from laid down SOPs while handling the operations as assigned
To ensure risk free safe handling measures are practised to avoid any losses/misappropriations
