Purpose of the Job:
To ensure data accuracy in indent reports submitted by custodians and manage proper coordination with field staff for the closure of reports.
Main Duties:
- Generate indents timely and oversee the dispatch of field staff.
- Revise or recall indents as necessary.
- Perform end-of-day correlation of C3R (Cash Collection Cum Custody Receipt) vs. DLR (Delivery Location Readings) deviations.
- Ensure timely closure of Head Office escalations.
- Achieve 100% accurate cash reporting closure within Targeted Turnaround Time (TAT) at the end of the day.
Working Relationships and Contacts:
The job holder will work closely with custodians, supervisors, movement coordinators, operations managers, MSPs (Managed Service Providers), and the reconciliation team.

- Handle data management and review reports submitted by custodians for discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Essential Criteria:
- Knowledge and Technical/Work-based Skills: Strong in data management, effective communication, and people management skills.
- General Skills/Attributes: Flexibility, ability to multitask, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience: 1-2 years preferred, but open to freshers as well.
- Qualifications: Graduate degree and above.
