We’re Hiring | CMS Backend Operations Executive | Gurgaon
Role: CMS Backend Operations Executive
CTC: Up to 4-5 LPA
Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
• Map client locations with CSP points in coordination with the distribution/sales team
• Provide feasibility reports within defined TAT
• Ensure onboarding of feasible locations from the client side within timelines
• Maintain ~95% service coverage of mapped locations daily
• Raise and track CSP queries with concerned departments
• Maintain daily reports, MIS, and portfolio tracking
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in Cash Management Services with a Fintech / BC / Bank / NBFC
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Good communication & interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel
