Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Businec Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Growth Leadership.
- Proven experience in EdTech, SaaS, Technology, AI, or Digital Products.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, institutional sales, digital marketing, and revenue operations.
- Experience managing large sales and marketing teams.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and business intelligence tools.
Preferred Experience
- EdTech, SaaS, AI Platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or Technology Products.
- Scaling startups or high-growth organizations.
- Building sales and marketing functions from the ground up.
- Institutional sales and partnership development.
