CMMS Engineer / SAP PM-MM Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled CMMS Engineer with strong experience in SAP PM, SAP MM, CMMS, Asset Management, and Master Data Management for a leading industrial project. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintenance master data creation, plant maintenance processes, inventory management, and SAP S/4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain SAP PM Master Data including Functional Locations, Equipment, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, BOMs, Catalog Profiles, Classes, and Characteristics.
- Perform technical data extraction and validation from PFDs, P&IDs, SLDs, GA Drawings, Datasheets, Performance Curves, and Equipment Documents.
- Build and manage Asset Registers and ensure accuracy of enterprise asset data.
- Implement and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) and Master Data Governance (MDG) processes within SAP PM/MM.
- Support Plant Maintenance activities including Notifications, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, and Condition Monitoring.
- Create and maintain Material Masters, Spare Parts Catalogs, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Manage inventory-related activities including spare parts management, stock optimization, material coding, and inventory control.
- Work closely with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Support SAP PM/MM Implementation, migration, and data cleansing activities.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis using Excel, Power BI, Access, and SQL.
- Ensure compliance with plant standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
