CMG Financial is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a corporate manager. The position is open to all time zones since remote. Strong work ethic and ability to work on own is key. Also would like good PowerPoint skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, include the following responsibilities, but not limited to:
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
Preparing business correspondence, typically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
Excellent customer service skills
Data entry
Managing files
Answering daily phone calls
Performing multifaceted general office support
Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials.
Sending and receiving forms for the company
Day-to-day operation matters
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
High level of integrity and confidentiality required.
Ability to always be professional.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A
PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.
