Job Description – CTG (Colour, Trim & Graphics) Designer – Two Wheeler
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CTG (Colour, Trim & Graphics) Designer for a contractual, onsite assignment of 3 months. The role requires strong expertise in end-to-end design and execution of two-wheeler programs, covering colour, materials, finishes, and graphics from concept to production while ensuring alignment with brand, cost, quality, and manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end CTG design and execution for two-wheeler projects.
• Develop colour, trim, material, texture, and graphics concepts aligned with brand identity and market trends.
• Translate styling themes into production-feasible CTG solutions.
• Prepare and maintain CTG master palettes, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and design specifications.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for material development, sampling, and approvals.
• Support prototype builds, pilot production, and mass production activities.
• Ensure CTG compliance with durability, weathering, UV resistance, scratch resistance, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Manage design changes, colour break-ups, and graphics variations throughout the product development cycle.
• Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis for colours, finishes, materials, and graphics.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Proven experience in CTG (Colour, Trim & Graphics) design for two-wheelers.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end product lifecycle execution.
• Strong knowledge of paint systems, plastics, coatings, decals, and surface finishes.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control related to CTG.
• Ability to create presentation decks, CMF boards, and graphic layouts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Knowledge of CATIA or Siemens NX will be an added advantage.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
