Hiring: CMDB Developer (ServiceNow)
📍 Location: Hyderabad / Noida (5 Days WFO)
💼 Experience: 7–10 Years (Relevant: 7+ Years)
🕒 Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM
⚡ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced CMDB Developer with deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and its end-to-end lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in CMDB design, implementation, and optimization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage and enhance CMDB end-to-end lifecycle
✔ Work on ServiceNow Discovery for accurate CI population
✔ Build and manage integrations with external systems
✔ Implement and maintain Service Graph Connectors
✔ Develop workflows using Flow Designer
✔ Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and health
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements and improvements
🔹 Required Skills
✔ Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB (end-to-end)
✔ Hands-on experience with Discovery
✔ Experience in Service Graph Connectors
✔ Good knowledge of Flow Designer
✔ Strong experience in building integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
✔ Understanding of CMDB data model / CSDM framework
🔹 Good to Have
➕ Experience in ITOM modules
➕ Knowledge of Service Mapping
➕ Exposure to CMDB best practices and governance
