About the role
An opportunity to play an integral part, both on an individual basis and within a recently establishedteam. You will help achieve CMC Markets' business goals for sales growth of our institutional business by taking responsibility for growing a new client base. This will include researching,identifyingand creatinginstitutional sales opportunities for theAPACmarket. Key responsibilities: Responsible for researching,identifyingand creatingbroker, bank and hedge fundrelationshipsandothersales opportunities within designatedregions Responsible for managing your own region(s), usinginitiative/establishedcontacts toidentifypotential leads. Analyse and understand CMC Markets' USPs and those of our competitorsin order tomaximize our position in the market. Identifyclients' requirements andoffer relevant tradingsolutions, includingAPI, WhiteLabeland Introducing Brokerarrangements. Develop all sales opportunities, offering a range of potential products to clientsincluding,marginforeign exchange, CFD instruments, and other derivative asset classes. Negotiate and produce commercially beneficial business for and on behalf of CMC Markets Identifyand assess sales/marketing initiatives toassistin achieving personal and overall business targets, meet personal KPIs/targets and add value to team success Negotiate and prepare commercialtermsand partner agreements, liaising withthe legal,BIanddealing teams where appropriate Maintain an up to date understanding of therelevant financial markets, itsparticipantsand technologies Understand and adhere to CMC Markets' compliance guidelines; research, understand and adhere to specific local regulatory requirements for your region(s) Collate and reviewtarget client'scorporate documentation forLegal/Compliance assessment and sign-off Work closely with theSales Tradingteam to request/analyse client feedback and ensure the relationships are running asanticipated. Suggest improvements to departmental process and procedure Provideweekly and monthly Management Information to include call reports, contact reports, and business opportunities reports to APACHead of Institutional. Maintainpersonal/professionaldevelopment to meet the changing demands of the role andparticipateinallappropriate training. Ensure a positive approach to challenge and provide open and honest feedback In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of the department and CMC Markets as well asmaintainingconstructive relationships Take all reasonable steps to ensureappropriate confidentiality Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may bereasonablyrequiredand which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.
