Key Responsibilities1. 👷 Contractor Workforce Management
- Maintain database of all contractors and deployed manpower
2. 📋 Compliance & Legal Monitoring
- Ensure compliance with Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA)
- Verify contractor licenses, registrations, and statutory documents
- Monitor compliance of:
- PF & ESI contributions
- Minimum wages
4. 🛡️ Safety & HSE Compliance
- Ensure all contract workers follow safety norms
- Verify usage of PPE (helmet, gloves, safety shoes, etc.)
- Coordinate safety trainings and toolbox talks
5. 📊 Documentation & Audit Support
- Maintain statutory registers and records
- Prepare reports for:
- Internal audits
- ISO / FSSAI audits
- Ensure documentation readiness at all times
6. 🚪 Gate Pass & Access Control
- Manage entry/exit of contract workers
- Issue temporary ID cards / gate passes
- Ensure no unauthorized access
🎓
Qualifications & ExperienceEducation
- Graduate (HR / Labour Law / Commerce preferred)
Experience
- 2–6 years in manufacturing / FMCG / Beverage

- Strong coordination and negotiation skills
