Role Description
The Cluster Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana, responsible for managing and driving sales within the designated cluster with ticket size upto 20 lakhs. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding the customer base. The role also entails analyzing market trends, providing insightful reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Employee Development skills
- Customer Relationship Management and Client Engagement expertise
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for Market Analysis and Trend Evaluation
- Proficiency in Communication and Negotiation
- Knowledge of financial products, particularly in retail and wholesale financing, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Ludhiana
