Role Description
The Cluster Sales Manager will oversee the sales & operations for Bangalore region, ensuring targets are met while building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include managing store teams, driving performance, analyzing sales data, creating strategies to meet growth objectives, store operations and ensuring excellent customer experience. The role requires regular reporting, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and overseeing promotional activities within the cluster. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including the ability to achieve sales targets and implement strategies to drive performance.
- Strong team management, leadership, and coaching abilities, with experience in guiding and motivating store teams.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in analyzing sales performance metrics and implementing improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for engaging with clients and team members effectively.
- Understanding of retail and market trends, preferably within the luxury or jewelry industry, is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel between locations within the assigned cluster, as required.
