Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager located in Indore. The Cluster Sales Manager will oversee and lead sales activities within assigned regions, focusing on achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and distribution partners, developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Territory Management, and Sales Forecasting related to Pulses
- Proven experience in Client Relationship Management (pulses brokers & delaers) and Partnership Development
- Knowledge of Market Analysis, Competitive Analysis, and Business Development
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and travel within the assigned cluster as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is highly desirable
