Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Cluster Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing sales operations within assigned regions, managing and guiding sales teams to achieve targets, and building strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, implementing strategic plans, ensuring the effective execution of promotional activities, and analyzing sales metrics to optimize performance. The Cluster Sales Manager will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer experiences and driving team success.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Planning, Territory Management, and Strategic Execution
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage sales teams effectively
- Strong customer relationship management and client retention skills
- Proficiency in Sales Reporting and Data Analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the eyewear or fashion & lifestyle industry is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
