Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager based in Mumbai. In this role, the Cluster Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets within assigned territories. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, providing training and mentoring to the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, and analyzing performance metrics to drive improvements in sales. Collaborating with other departments to enhance business strategies and meet customer needs will also be key priorities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Relationship Management
- Strong Leadership and Team Management skills to mentor and motivate sales teams
- Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring skills to track and enhance team efficiency
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work in a results-driven environment and meet business targets
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and understanding of financial products will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus
