Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Cluster Sales Manager. The Cluster Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations across assigned branches, develop and implement sales strategies, and lead and motivate a team of sales executives. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and monitoring market trends to identify potential business opportunities. The role involves close coordination with team members and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate sales teams effectively
- Proven sales experience in financial services, especially in Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to monitor market trends and create effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software tools
- Experience in a similar role within the NBFC or banking sectors is a plus
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver results under pressure
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
