Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Execution
● Drive GPS device sales through open market channels
● Lead FASTag acquisition and activation across:
○ Toll plazas
○ Transport hubs
○ Fleet operators and logistics companies
● Identify new business opportunities to expand market penetration in the commercial vehicle ecosystem
● Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
2. Channel & Agent Network Management
● Build, manage, and scale a strong network of agents and channel partners
● Drive productivity and efficiency of agents through regular engagement and performance tracking
● Ensure proper onboarding, training, and retention of field agents
● Develop incentive structures and programs to boost channel performance
3. Team Management & Leadership
● Lead and manage a large field agent team across multiple locations
● Set clear targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability
● Conduct regular field visits to ensure execution excellence
● Coach and mentor team members to enhance productivity and skills
4. Operations & Execution
● Ensure seamless execution of FASTag onboarding processes at tolls and in open markets
● Monitor daily sales activities, funnel conversion, and activation rates
● Coordinate with internal teams for inventory management, logistics, and issue resolution
● Maintain compliance with regulatory and company guidelines
5. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
● Build strong relationships with:
○ Toll plaza authorities
○ Transport unions
○ Fleet owners and commercial vehicle operators
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
6. Reporting
● Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
● Use data-driven strategies to improve acquisition and activation rates
Key Requirements:
1. Experience:
● Proven experience in sales and FASTag acquisition through agent networks
● Experience in GPS, telematics, fintech, or mobility solutions is preferred
● Strong background in managing large distributed field teams
2. Skills & Competencies:
● Strong leadership and team management skills
● Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
