Shivjot Farms & Resort is looking for an experienced and dynamic Cluster Sales Head to lead and drive revenue growth across our resort properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building corporate and travel partnerships, increasing group bookings, and maximizing revenue through events, staycations, weddings, and leisure travel.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and proven experience in hospitality sales, corporate sales, and event sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across all Shivjot resort properties.
- Identify new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, wedding, and event segments.
- Drive room bookings, day outings, staycations, weddings, and corporate events.
Corporate & Travel Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, event planners, and wedding planners.
- Generate corporate tie-ups and long-term business partnerships.
Events & Group Sales
- Promote resort facilities for destination weddings, birthday celebrations, corporate offsites, conferences, and social events.
- Coordinate with event planners and internal teams to maximize group bookings.
Market Development
- Identify new sales channels including online travel agencies, corporate networks, and travel communities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the sales team across multiple properties.
- Set KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics for the team.
- Provide regular training and mentorship to improve sales performance.
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent client experience from inquiry to event completion.
- Handle key accounts and VIP clients.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Forecast revenue and monitor pipeline opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or Marketing.
- 5–10 years of experience in hospitality sales, preferably in resorts or hotels.
- Strong network in corporate sales, travel agencies, and event planning industry.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in resort sales, destination weddings, corporate retreats, and MICE sales.
