Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Cluster Restaurant Manager at Go Native, located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations across multiple locations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, managing staff, maintaining product quality, and meeting financial performance goals. You will be accountable for inventory management, staff training, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring adherence to sustainability principles in all activities.

- Proven expertise in restaurant operations, team management, and customer service
- Strong organizational, inventory management, and financial oversight skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse, on-site team in a multi-location setting
- Commitment to sustainability practices and a passion for eco-friendly initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
- Experience in implementing consistent quality and service standards
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
