Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar for a Cluster Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple healthcare facilities within the cluster, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and efficient service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing facility performance, developing operational strategies, coordinating with various departments, supervising teams, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and ensuring excellence in patient care. The role also requires identifying opportunities for improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong operational management skills, including experience with strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring in healthcare settings
• Proficiency in team leadership, employee management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Sound understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards
• Analytical skills, decision-making capabilities, and a problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside client and patient relationship management expertise
• Proficiency in using operational and management software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital management role is highly desirable
