Job Purpose
The Sr. Manager – PMO will be part of the Technology as Business unit, a high impact engineering organization that has delivered platforms at massive scale (60M+ app downloads, 96B+ API transactions) with omni channel presence across Android, iOS, and Web.
This role operates in a POD-based, product engineering environment, with ownership of delivery governance across multiple products and programs, ensuring seamless execution across Product (PMG), Engineering (PDG), QA, and Support (SSG) teams.
The Sr. Manager PMO is responsible for driving delivery execution, governance frameworks, stakeholder alignment, and program-level tracking, ensuring high-quality, timely, and scalable product delivery in a fast-paced environment.
The role will manage a team of Business Analysts / PMO members and ensure end-to-end delivery visibility, risk management, and execution discipline across all PODs and projects.
Duties And Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery Ownership (CRITICAL)
- Own delivery lifecycle across multiple projects/products from requirement inception to production rollout
- Drive program-level planning, execution tracking, and milestone governance
- Ensure alignment across multiple PODs and cross-functional teams
- Act as single point of accountability for delivery governance across business lines
- Drive closure of risks, delays, and dependencies at scale
- Delivery Governance & Tracking
- Define and manage:
o Delivery governance framework
o Tracking mechanisms (dashboard, reports, KPIs)
o Sprint progress across PODs
o Delivery milestones
o Risks and dependencies
o Weekly governance reviews
o Leadership reporting
- Ensure real-time visibility of delivery status across all projects
- Standardize project tracking, reporting formats, and execution discipline
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the central communication bridge between:
o PMG (Product)
o PDG (Engineering)
o QA / DevOps
o Business stakeholders
o Clear requirement communication
o No ambiguity in delivery expectations
o Timely escalation of issues
- Manage communication at senior leadership level

Required Qualifications And Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology
o Preferred: Computer Science / IT
- Should have 1– 5 years of mobile/digital domain experience
- Prior & relevant experience in Mobile Apps domain across multiple operating systems
- Work Experience
- 8–12 years in Business Analysis / PMO / Delivery roles
- Minimum 2–3 years in team management / program management role
