Weβre looking for a hands-on Cluster Sales Manager β Inside Sales to manage a small pod of inside sales executives and drive daily execution, discipline, and revenue π.
This role is ideal for a Senior Inside Sales Executive / Team Lead who enjoys being on the floor, coaching reps, tracking numbers, and closing dealsβnot just reporting π§ππ€.
π― What Youβll Own
π₯ Manage 7-8 TLs and team of 6β10 Inside Sales Executives
π° Own monthly revenue targets for your cluster
ποΈ Run daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and follow-ups
π Track calls, conversions, closures, and rep productivity
π§ Coach reps through call reviews, objection handling, and closing
π§Ή Ensure 100% CRM hygiene (calls, follow-ups, notes, pipeline stages)
π¨ Handle first-level customer escalations and stuck deals
π Support onboarding and ramp-up of new sales reps
π§ What Weβre Looking For
π Experience
β³ 3β6 years in inside sales / telesales
π₯ Have managed 7-8 TLs
β 1β2 years as a Senior Sales Exec / Team Lead
π’ Experience selling to SMEs / B2B customers preferred
π οΈ Skills
π― Strong closing and follow-up discipline
β±οΈ Comfortable with daily targets and pressure
π Hands-on, floor-driven leadership style
π» Working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.)
π Basic Excel / Google Sheets for daily MIS
