We’re looking for a hands-on Cluster Sales Manager – Inside Sales to manage a small pod of inside sales executives and drive daily execution, discipline, and revenue πŸ“ˆ.

This role is ideal for a Senior Inside Sales Executive / Team Lead who enjoys being on the floor, coaching reps, tracking numbers, and closing dealsβ€”not just reporting πŸŽ§πŸ“ŠπŸ€.


🎯 What You’ll Own

πŸ‘₯ Manage 7-8 TLs and team of 6–10 Inside Sales Executives

πŸ’° Own monthly revenue targets for your cluster

πŸ—“οΈ Run daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and follow-ups

πŸ“ž Track calls, conversions, closures, and rep productivity

🎧 Coach reps through call reviews, objection handling, and closing

🧹 Ensure 100% CRM hygiene (calls, follow-ups, notes, pipeline stages)

🚨 Handle first-level customer escalations and stuck deals

πŸš€ Support onboarding and ramp-up of new sales reps


🧠 What We’re Looking For

πŸ“Œ Experience

⏳ 3–6 years in inside sales / telesales

πŸ‘₯ Have managed 7-8 TLs

⭐ 1–2 years as a Senior Sales Exec / Team Lead

🏒 Experience selling to SMEs / B2B customers preferred


πŸ› οΈ Skills

🎯 Strong closing and follow-up discipline

⏱️ Comfortable with daily targets and pressure

πŸ‘Š Hands-on, floor-driven leadership style

πŸ’» Working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.)
