Responsibilities
- Welcome guests! Help them check-in pleasantly
- Manage guest expectations from check-in to check-out
- Ensure flawless guest communication
- Coordinate with onsite team to troubleshoot maintenance and operations issues - ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Conduct housekeeping audits and inventory checks to uphold hospitality standards
- Drive guest reviews across various online portals
- Ensure that the property is check-in ready
- Drive concierge revenue for the cluster
- Start your day with the sole aim of winning over every Staymaster guest
Pre Requisites
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Outstanding communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanour.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts.
- Experienced in using property management systems.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced environment
