Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day management of multiple ground-mounted solar project sites within your assigned cluster.
- Team Leadership: Supervise on-site project teams, ensuring high productivity and alignment with aggressive project timelines.
- Site & Vegetation Management: Manage grounds, landscaping, and specialized irrigation systems to ensure optimal site conditions and panel efficiency.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous quality standards and ensure 100% compliance with local safety and environmental regulations.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the primary link between on-site teams and corporate stakeholders to resolve technical and logistical bottlenecks.
What We’re Looking For- Experience: Proven track record in energy or infrastructure projects (Solar energy experience is highly preferred).
- Supervisory Skills: Strong ability to lead diverse teams in high-pressure, on-site environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software and technical reporting.
- Adaptability: Readiness for travel across various site locations in India.
