Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager, based in Jaipur. The Cluster Manager will oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing last-mile delivery processes, supervising and mentoring field teams, tracking operational KPIs, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on organizational goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, and last-mile delivery.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, manage, and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in operational planning, process optimization, and problem-solving.
• Good understanding of data analysis, performance tracking, and management reporting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in logistics-related software and tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the logistics industry or e-commerce sector is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
