Role Description
- Conduct regular center audits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Drive curriculum implementation and support teachers in delivering it consistently
- Manage documentation and ensure center-level compliance
- Review ERP entries and maintain data/system hygiene
- Track and analyze key metrics: admissions, attrition, staff performance, and financials
- Conduct weekly center visits and lead performance reviews with center teams
- Support field teams and coordinate collections processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in preschool operations, education management, or multi-location operations
- Strong eye for detail, systems thinking, and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with data, reporting, and ERP/CRM tools
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Ability to travel across centers daily
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: On-site only – no hybrid or work-from-home
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
