Core Responsibilities
Business & Hospital Relationship Management
- Act as the primary business partner for assigned hospitals.
- Drive daily doctor connects and weekly reviews with Facility Directors (FD) and Medical Officers on Duty (MOD).
- Facilitate business pipeline reviews (discharges, LAMA/DAMA, case closures, and settlements).
- Ensure hospital manager rounds (≥6 rounds/day) with proper doctor engagement and reporting.
- Deploy team members for non-partner hospital visits to expand inbound funnel.
- Manage collections, BTH billing, wallet clearances, and discount governance.
- Facilitate smooth audit readiness (JCI, NABH, internal).
Operations & Fleet Management
- Maintain >90% fleet uptime (own + alliance) through daily utilization and squad performance reviews.
- Ensure pre-patient pickup compliance audits and daily equipment/consumable readiness.
- Conduct weekly vehicle and logbook/odometer audits.
- Partner with Regional Fleet Head for R&M and escalation closure.
- Drive fuel efficiency, utilization tracking, and accident/incident handling with RCA closures.
- Manage 2P and 3P vendor networks for scale and reliability.
People Leadership
- Own rosters for pilots, EMTs, GDAs, and hospital managers (planned a day in advance).
- Conduct daily team huddles to set priorities, review shifts, and ensure grooming/compliance.
- Build a culture of accountability through last-shift reviews, attendance monitoring, and structured reporting.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of ground staff in coordination with central teams.
- Ensure ≥95% training compliance on SOPs, RedOS/ Heartbeat X/Saathi app, and compliance protocols.
Crisis & Escalation Management
- Serve as the first escalation point for hospitals, patients, and ground staff.
- Lead on-ground crisis management during incidents, ensuring FIR/MLC filing, RCA, and closure within 5 days.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and structured closure of escalations.
